The Feathers Hotel in Ludlow was purchased by Crest Hotel Group in December 2018 and has undergone a £2.5million refurbishment, to re-position the property as a deluxe hotel.

The Feathers Hotel has 42 en-suite bedrooms, a bustling lounge and cocktail bar, restaurant and tea room, as well as numerous rooms suitable for meetings, conferences and private functions.

We are recruiting a Chef de Partie with the passion and commitment to quality, to assist in the management of the kitchen and the preparation & production of food to a 2 AA Rosette standard.

The Role:

  • To produce/prepare food within our hotel kitchens
  • To ensure all food hygiene and health & safety standards are adhered to.
  • You will have a passion for quality and service, have exceptional organisational skills and be able to work under on initiative when required.

This is an ideal role for someone with previous cooking experience with an eye for detail & a passion for perfection

The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining and plenty of drive and enthusiasm
