Kamil Karys

Having worked in hospitality for 10 years, Kamil joined Crest Hotels in 2016 with new acquired property at the time, Arnos Manor Hotel. This is where Kamil developed and showed his true passion for hospitality.  Over the past few year however Kamil has become more involved with supporting the hotels with property maintenance and has now taken the position of Group Property Manager in 2023.

Kamil is responsible for H&S aspects for all 8 of our hotels, including supplier negotiations, greener ways of working and reducing the cost of property maintenance for the group. Ensuring all hotels are compliant and following internal H&S procedures and standards whilst working closely with onsite maintenance teams across the group to improve properties. Supporting our Managing Director Jason Hiley; with refurbishment projects across the group, Kamil ensures everything is completed to the Crest Hotels standards following its core values and principles.

Kamil is calm and patient, supportive and caring. Kamil’s personal passion is within the IT sector where he continues to improve his knowledge and skills. He enjoys good conversation about science, history and space.
