Joined Crest Hotels in 2002 as General Manager overseeing the Holiday Inn Express Knowsley. Latterly, General Manager of Almondsbury Interchange Hotel, which became the groups most profitable business by number of bedrooms KPI.
Now, as Group Support Manager, involved in coaching and mentoring, systems monitoring and implementation, HR and financial processes and takes a bespoke supportive approach to each hotel.
Previously was Hotel General Manager for Shield Pride Group, looking after 4 of the group’s properties, and held senior hotel positions for Jarvis Hotels. Achieves great satisfaction developing people by being a hands-on and consultative, enjoys developing and implementing robust health and safety systems, and has sustained success in delivering profitable returns across a broad portfolio of hotel styles.
