Arnos Manor Hotel has 73 bedrooms, our Cook will ensure they are prepped and ready to provide a quality well-presented food offering from our A la carte menu.
Our Cook will ensure that there is a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen and that they ensure compliance with food standards.
Our Cook will have passion and commitment to quality, show team work with our guest service team, have previous experience as a commis / or production chef. Banqueting experience would be advantageous. Our Cook will cater 10-20 dishes on average per shift.

About the Role:
The Maintenance Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining the hotel’s overall appearance, safety, and functionality. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position is vital in ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable and safe experience throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out general maintenance duties around the hotel, ensuring that all areas remain fully functional and in good condition.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and health & safety regulations to guarantee a secure environment for guests and staff.
Providing timely and efficient repair services, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, as needed.
Building strong relationships with guests and colleagues to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Supporting the delivery of excellent guest service by ensuring the hotel remains in top condition, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar maintenance role, ideally within the hospitality or facilities sector.
A good working knowledge of plumbing, with the ability to perform minor repairs and adjustments as necessary (subject to experience).

A proactive and hands-on approach to identifying and resolving maintenance issues.
