Food & Beverage Assistant
Arnos Manor Hotel Bristol, part of the Crest Hotels Group family, is located only 2 miles from the centre of Bristol.

The hotel offers 73 bedrooms, flexible meeting and event space and a popular wedding venue due to its charming chapel.
To assist with our growth, we are looking for Food and Beverage Assistants to assist with food service within the hotel.
We are looking for colleagues to join us with lots of energy and previous experience in a similar role, who have a great personality and enjoy spending time with people.
As a key member of the food and beverage team the successful candidate will be a team player and have the ability to provide our guests with the excellent service they expect in a respectful and friendly manner.
This role is on a shift basis so early starts, evening and weekend work will be required.

Housekeeping Supervisor
Arnos Manor Hotel has 73 bedrooms with meeting and event space for 200 delegates, with the flexibility to cater for any kind of event. We have an opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at Arnos Manor Hotel as we expand the team. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for being both pro-active and reactive in ensuring that all public areas and guest bedrooms are clean and welcoming at all times.
The Role of Housekeeping Supervisor
The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Housekeeping Manager and leading the team to ensure that all standards are maintained, colleagues are trained and working safely at all times. Fantastic organisation, communication, problem solving and being adaptable are attributes required in the role.
An eye for detail and for delivering memorable guest experiences for our guests make this a lovely role for someone who wants to make an impact on our guests.
The Housekeeping Supervisor will use Rez Control to monitor room sales and requests to allocate job lists, keep accurate and up to date records of training and all statutory jobs as required. The role is a hands on role for someone who can lead a team to strive for excellence.
The role of Housekeeping Supervisor will report to the Housekeeping Manager, and is ideal for someone who has strong demonstratable experience in housekeeping. It is a perfect opportunity for someone who would like to take the next step in their career.
