Crest Hotels have been working tirelessly over the past weeks, to best prepare our hotels for a phased reopening in an era of Covid-19. The leadership team and partners have completed robust assessments and developed new ways of working to best protect colleagues, visitors and guests.

Commencing 1st June 2020: Almondsbury Interchange Hotel – Bristol, Holiday Inn Express – Liverpool/Knowsley and The Feathers Hotel – Ludlow will reopen its doors to key workers, essential travellers and vulnerable persons. With a common focus on providing safety, sanitisation and comfort. For best available rates and availability, access the secure hotel online booking tools below.

Please note Arnos Manor – Bristol currently remains closed to the general public due to working in close partnership with Bristol City Council, providing exclusive use services for those most in need.

All hotels have been redesigned and developed to;

  • Social Distance – 2 Meters distance between our colleagues and our guests wherever possible.
  • 100 critical point sanitisation process (CPSP) – in all bedrooms, covering a robust deep clean before every arrival.
  • Enhanced sanitisation practices in all public areas, toilets, and lifts.
  • Our teams have been provided with relevant PPE in each of the hotels departments, along with training of its use and correct disposal.
  • Hotels will remain cashless until further notice. Therefore, only card payments permitted.
  • Offering reduced catering, which includes a to-go-breakfast offering, a grab & go pantry concept and reduced beverage offering from reception. Until further notice, consumption is strictly permitted to bedrooms only and not allowed in the public areas of the hotel.

In-light of our reduced operations designed to protect those staying and colleagues, we have discounted our rates to provide the best value during these difficult times, and all rates will be fully flexible – allowing cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty.

I hope to welcome you back to one of our hotels soon, whether as a key worker or essential traveller over the coming weeks, or on a leisure visit once government guidance allows in the coming months.Keep safe, and should you need any assistance we have a dedicated team available via safety@cresthotelsgroup.com.
