We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join the team at Avisford Park Hotel as we expand the team. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading the team that help keep the hotel in a great condition for our guests.

The Role of Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading the team to ensure that our hotel is in a great condition and supports making a memorable experience for our guests.

A key aspect of the role is to ensure that the hotel is fully compliment with all legislation and that the hotel is safe and secure for all our guests and team. The successful candidate will forge a great rapport with colleagues of all levels and guests that they come into contact with.

The role of Maintenance Manager will report to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Group Property Manager, this is an opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about taking responsibility for a wonderful property and happy to lead a team that deliver a great service in terms of maintenance but also great customer service.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong front office and customer care skills with great communication and time management. The candidate will need previous experience, be able to lead a team and use their own initiative.

We have an opportunity for a Food Service Manager to join the team at Avisford Park Hotel as we expand the team. The Food Service Manager will be responsible for leading the team at the heart of the hotel at the heart of the hotel to provide information and a warm welcome for our guests.

The Role of Food Service Manager

The Food Service Manager will be responsible for leading the team to ensure a memorable experience from every interaction whether at breakfast, lunch, dinner or function. You will ensure that there is a warm welcome into any of the areas that our guests are in and that a memorable experience is created through genuine hospitality and interaction. Fantastic organisation and communication are key to deliver an exceptional event experience for our guests.

A key aspect of the role is to forge a great rapport with guests from initial contact and ensure the team also do this, strong working relationships with all departments to ensure great service delivery & effectively maximise revenue when there is opportunity.

The Food Service Manager will ensure that they are fully aware of all business and that they are and their team are prepared for the day, shift or event.

The role of Food Service Manager will report to the Operations Manager, this is an opportunity for an aspiring Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor or an experienced Food Service Manager to shape the role and to have a real impact on the business.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong Food Service Experience and customer care skills with great communication and time management. The candidate will need previous experience, be able to lead a team and use their own initiative.

The Bar Manager will be responsible for leading the team at the heart of the hotel at the heart of the hotel to provide information and a warm welcome for our guests.

The Role of Bar Manager

The Bar Manager will be responsible for leading the team to ensure a memorable experience from every interaction from the guest walking into the bar area to the fond farewell. You will ensure that the bar area, whether in the main bar, function bar or outside bar is welcoming and that the team are looking after our guests by greeting them, interacting and making a real impact creating a memorable stay or event. Fantastic organisation and communication are key to deliver an exceptional event experience for our guests.

A key aspect of the role is to forge a great rapport with guests from initial contact and ensure the team also do this, strong working relationships with all departments to ensure great service delivery & effectively maximise revenue when there is opportunity.

The Bar Manager will ensure that all processes are followed within the bar and that they develop and train and support their team to do the same.

The role of Bar Manager will report to the Operations Manager and will work closely with the Food Services Manage and Head Chef, this is an opportunity for an aspiring Bar Supervisor, Bar Manager in a small property or an experienced Bar Manager to shape the role and to have a real impact on the business.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong Bar and customer care skills with great communication and time management. The candidate will need previous experience, be able to lead a team and use their own initiative.

The Reception Manager will be responsible for leading the team at the heart of the hotel at the heart of the hotel to provide information and a warm welcome for our guests.

The Role of Reception Manager

The Reception Manager will be responsible for leading the team to ensure a memorable experience from every interaction from that initial call to the fond farewell. You will ensure that the check in and check out processes are followed and that a warm welcome is received by all guests whilst making them feel they are in safe environment where we truly lookafter our guests. Fantastic organisation and communication are key to deliver an exceptional event experience for our guests.

A key aspect of the role is to forge a great rapport with guests from initial contact and ensure the team also do this, strong working relationships with all departments to ensure great service delivery & effectively maximise revenue when there is opportunity.

The Reception Manager will use Rez Control for all bookings, ensuring all profiles are accurate and up to date and that relevant payment processes are robust and followed by all.

The role of Reception Manager will report to the Commercial Director on property, this is an opportunity for an aspiring Receptionist, Reception Supervisor or an experienced Reception Manager to shape the role and to have a real impact on the business.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong front office and customer care skills with great communication and time management. The candidate will need previous experience, be able to lead a team and use their own initiative.
