Director of Guest Experience

We have a unique and fabulous opportunity for a Director of Guest Experience to join the team at Crest Hotels Group. This is a new role to support our commitment to our colleagues and guests creating a great experience for all.

Crest Hotels Group, buy, develop and manage uniquely positioned hotels in the UK. Privately owned and operated, with core values focused around true-hospitality, engaged teams, and serving the community that our hotels are located.

We have completed various large developments, from a full refurbishment and extension of the Almondsbury Inn and atheistically refurbishing Grade 1 listed hotels such as The Feathers Hotel Ludlow in excess of £2.5million.

Currently employing over 400 colleagues, in 9 unique hotels with over 600 bedrooms.

The Role of Director of Guest Experience

The Director of Guest Experience will have operational experience across all operational departments at an Operations Management level, they will have a passion for training and delivering a memorable experience. The role will be responsible for regular travel to all 9 properties to deliver SOP and skills training across all departments to ensure our colleagues are well versed and competent in the Crest standards.

The Director of Guest Experience will be the TrustYou champion and ensure that guests are responded to by each property and that we are reactive to what our guests are telling us to enable an elevation in service levels. TrustYou scores will be positively impacted as a direct result of the skills training delivered and by being the champion of change where our guests tell us they would like to see it.

The successful Director of Guest Experience candidate needs to have a real love and passion for Hospitality that is infectious, they need to be able to demonstrate great training delivery, be motivated, have good time management and administration skills and be able to effectively manage their own work to have a positive impact. The successful candidate will need to like travel as this will be frequent, we have pool cars that can be used. As a new role this is a really lovely opportunity for someone who loves hospitality and wants to grow into a central support role and become part of a team that strive continued development!

The role of Director of Guest Experience will report to the Managing Director and work in close partnership with the Director of People & Culture. The role is a perfect opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about team development and the guest experience.

We have an opportunity for a Group Marketing Executive to join the team at Crest Hotels based at Arnos Manor Hotel, Bristol. This is a new role to support our growth and development of our business through great marketing.

The Role of Group Marketing Executive

The Group Marketing Executive will manage the company’s online presence ensuring visibility across all platforms to include LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. The role will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, growing online presence for Crest Hotels Group, mailshots, branded collateral, and setting the tone of voice in marketing to name a few tasks!

As a new role this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be able to have the opportunity to shape the role as they would like it to be and really make their mark on the group in marketing. An eye for detail, motivated, organised, time management, are all attributes that the successful candidate requires.

The role of Group Marketing Executive will report to the Director of Revenue and is ideal for someone who has strong demonstratable experience in marketing ideally with some experience of Hospitality, experience of working across a group and locations is desirable.

The Group Leisure Sales Executive will manage the company’s leisure sales activities, everything from enquiries to rooming lists to relationship building. A varied role with the opportunity to work across the group and be involved with all 9 hotels within Crest Hotels Group.

An eye for detail, motivated, organised, empathetic, time management, problem solver are all attributes that the successful candidate requires. As a new role this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be able to take ownership and have a positive impact.

The role of Group Leisure Sales Executive will report to the Director of Revenue and is ideal for someone who has strong demonstratable experience in the leisure sales market or Hospitality, experience of working across a group and locations is desirable.
