We are recruiting for a Receptionist to join the team. Our Receptionist will have passion and commitment to creating memorable experiences and delivering quality service with the team. You will touch all areas of the business as you ensure that our guests

Shift times will be 7am – 3.30pm and 3pm – 11.30pm 5days a week

We are seeking people who are smart and friendly with a great personality, who can provide outstanding customer service.

As Receptionist, you are the point of contact for our guests and your main responsibilities include:

Welcome our guests in the Hotel and provide an efficient check in and check out service

Arrange reservations

Answer all guest enquiries: via phone, face to face and email or redirect to the appropriate department

Liaise with other departments ensuring full communication and information are provided at all times

Develop and maintain filing systems

Handling the payments

Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work station

General office duties

Attention to details and excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required to apply for the job.

Our Chef De Partie Chef will have passion and commitment to quality, show team work to run the kitchen and support the preparation & production of food to the well known high standards and have the autonomy to share vison and experience to deliver quality dishes.

The Role:

· To be an integral member of the kitchen in producing an exception food experience

· To ensure all food hygiene and health & safety standards are adhered to.

· You will have a passion for quality and service, have exceptional organisational skills and be able to work using your own initiative.

This is an ideal role for someone with previous chef experience with an eye for detail & a passion for perfection
