Park House Hotel has 54 bedrooms with large meeting and event space for, with the flexibility to cater for any kind of event. We have an opportunity for a Night Porter to join the team at Park Hotel as we expand the team. The Night Porterwill be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and safe stay for our guests.
The Role of Night Porter
The Night Porter will be responsible for providing a great service overnight, ensuring that all night processes for the Front Office function are complete, support other department with tasks that can be carried out overnight. Ensuring that the hotel is ready and in great shape for guests in the morning. The Night Porter will ensure a memorable experience from every interaction from the guest arrival or interaction to the fond farewell. You will ensure that an attentive service overnight and ensure that all security walks and checks are carried out.
A key aspect of the role is to forge a great rapport with guests from initial contact, strong working relationships with all departments to ensure great service delivery & effectively maximise revenue when there is opportunity.
The Night Porter will ensure that all processes are followed within the bar and that they develop and train and support their team to do the same.
The role of Night Porter will report to the Operations Manager and will work closely with the entire hotel team.
This role is ideal for someone who is a self-motivated, has great customer care skills with great communication and time management. e.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for being both pro-active and reactive in promoting and selling the group focusing on leisure to achieve group revenue targets.
The Role of Regional Sales Manager
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and contacts, developing sales leads and converting business ensuring there are no missed opportunities.
A key aspect of the role is to forge strong working relationships with clients and potential clients through appointments, FAM trips and demonstrating the great service that Crest Hotels can deliver in each segment of the business with a focus on leisure.
As Regional Sales Manager, you will analyse local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business.
The role of Regional Sales Manager will report to the Group Commercial Director, as we grow our business and develop our unique hotels the successful candidate has the opportunity to shape the role and to have a real impact on the business.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong demonstratable business development and commercial skills, with great communication and time management. The candidate will need previous experience, be able to effectively communicate with each hotel team and use their own initiative.
