The Park House Hotel has 52 bedrooms, the Senior Chef De Partie Chef with the team will provide a service to a bustling lounge, restaurant, meetings and events and private functions.

Our Senior Chef De Partie Chef will have passion and commitment to quality, show team work to run the kitchen and support the preparation & production of food to the well known high standards and have the autonomy to share vison and experience to deliver quality dishes.

The Role:

· To be an integral member of the kitchen in producing an exception food experience

· To ensure all food hygiene and health & safety standards are adhered to.

· You will have a passion for quality and service, have exceptional organisational skills and be able to work using your own initiative.

This is an ideal role for someone with previous chef experience with an eye for detail & a passion for perfection

Park House Hotel has 52 fully refurbished bedrooms with lounge bar area and small meeting room. We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Assistant to join the team at Park House Hotel for 25 hours a week to keep the hotel looking its best as we conclude our extensive refurbishment programme.

The Role of Maintenance Assistant

The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for working in partnership with the Maintenance Manager and the wider team to ensure that our hotel is in a great condition and supports making a memorable experience for our guests.

A key aspect of the role is to ensure that the hotel is fully compliment with all legislation and that the hotel is safe and secure for all our guests and team. The successful candidate will forge a great rapport with colleagues of all levels and guests that they come into contact with.

The role of Maintenance Assistant will report to the Maintenance Manager, this is an opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about making a difference and delivering a great service in terms of maintenance but also great customer service.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong maintenance experience skills with great communication and time management who is able to work under their own initiative.

We have an opportunity for a Guest Service Assistant to join the team at Park House Hotel as we expand the team. The Guest Service Assistant will be responsible for being both pro-active and reactive in ensuring that all of our guests have a memorable experience and leave with a smile.

The Role of Guest Service Assistant

The Guest Service Assistant will be responsible for providing a warm welcome for our guests with an efficient check in/ check out and everything in between. The Guest Service Assistant will ensure that all standards are maintained, colleagues work collaboratively safely at all times whilst delivering that exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences. Fantastic organisation, communication, problem solving and being adaptable are attributes required in the role.

An eye for detail and for delivering memorable guest experiences for our guests make this a lovely role for someone who wants to have a real impact on our guest experience. The role is a hands on role for someone who is flexible and would enjoy supporting in other areas as required to ensure a wonderful stay.

The Guest Service Assistant will ideally be experienced in Reception however if you have the drive and passion to develop, we will help you develop and grow developing skills and knowledge in Front Office, Food & Beverage and Housekeeping.

The role of Guest Service Assistant will report to the Reception Manager, and is ideal for someone who has strong demonstratable experience in customer service.
