Liz is responsible for leading our people culture, from talent management and team development, vision, values and colleague brand, reward and recognition.

Liz supports the team with HR guidance within their business and supports the effective use of HR systems and processes. There is a focus on continuous growth and improvement to support the team as we continue our journey.

Liz has worked within the hospitality industry for 25 years, with a real passion for hospitality Liz worked in many roles from Food & Beverage, Reception, Meetings & Events Sales to Deputy General Manager. There was always a strong interest in HR as People are hospitality, and ultimately it became clear that HR was the specialist area for Liz. She has spent 17 years in HR, developing skills and knowledge and helping to shape opportunities, development and support for people.


Liz is happy with a positive outlook, cares about the people around her and loves being outdoors running, walking or on her bike!
