With 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ewelina has built a passionate career that blends operational expertise with commercial leadership. She began her journey in Food & Beverage, where her love for coffee and delivering exceptional customer experiences first emerged. She progressed to a Starbucks Store Manager at Birmingham Mailbox, then moved into Customer Service Management and Revenue Management roles, developing her skills in operations, team leadership, and commercial strategy.

Ewelina’s career continued to evolve as she took on senior leadership positions, including Commercial Director, Director of Finance, and General Manager. Along the way, her natural talent and passion for sales became increasingly evident, underpinned by a genuine belief that people are at the heart of every successful hospitality experience. This conviction led her to specialise in commercial leadership, where she now drives strategic initiatives, shapes business strategy, and builds lasting partnerships.

Her extensive expertise across both finance and sales allows her to identify growth opportunities, optimise revenue strategies, and deliver measurable business results. Ewelina’s professional strengths include strategic planning, revenue management, team leadership, client relationship development, and data-driven decision-making.
