Having worked across in hospitality nearly 25 years, joined Crest Hotels in 2014 to oversee the Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport NEC. In this role, led the business through rapid revenue, profitability, and guest-satisfaction growth.

Project managed a phased project refurbishment plan of £1.5million, launching the 7th Holiday Inn Open Lobby concept in the UK and destination franchise restaurant concept Marco Pierre White New York Italian. In 2018 prepared the business for sale and acted as a conduit between the Directors of Crest Hotels and the purchasers.

Now, as Group Managing Director, has group wide responsibility of the group wide performance. Instrumental in acquisition business planning and oversees all onboardings. Dedicated to inspiring a team of nearly 250 colleagues, leading the hotel General Managers to deliver results – from robust profits to sustainability initiatives – and committed to protecting the business for tomorrow.

Previously, did a short stint as Group Operations Director for Dominvs Hospitality, Group General Manager for an independent owner of Holiday Inn Barnsley & Casa Hotel Yateley, and was a Senior General Manager for Morethanhotels – owner of 12 Holiday Inn Express Hotels.
