Jason Hiley

Jason Hiley is Managing Director of Crest Hotels, overseeing group-wide operations, commercial performance, acquisitions, refurbishments, and strategic growth across the portfolio. Working closely with the ownership team, Jason has been instrumental in expanding the business from four to nine hotels, leading acquisition planning, operational integrations, and major capital investment projects across the group.

With more than 25 years of hospitality experience, Jason has built a strong reputation for delivering operational excellence, commercial growth, and long-term asset value within branded and independent hotel environments. Since joining Crest Hotels in 2014, he has played a key role in the evolution of the business, including supporting the successful sale of the company in 2019 on behalf of the owners and directors.

Jason continues to lead the strategic growth of Crest Hotels, overseeing hotel onboarding, refurbishment programmes, brand partnerships, and operational performance across the portfolio, whilst leading a team of more than 400 colleagues across hotel operations and central support functions.

Known for his hands-on leadership style and commercial mindset, Jason combines operational expertise with a strong focus on revenue growth, guest experience, colleague engagement, and delivering sustainable business performance.
