Michelle Dean

Michelle is responsible for the Commercial aspects for all 8 of our hotels. Supporting and guiding the development of the business through our Sales Team covering north and south regions.

Responsible for driving business into key corporate segments and MICE business. Responsible for revenue strategies and ensuring we have the right tools to drive performance. Michelle is also responsible for developing and coaching hotel teams to be commercially aware to grow the business and to ensure we achieve budgets.

Michelle has worked within the hospitality industry for 31 years, and as many people in our industry do, working her way up from Reception, Reservations which then led to an interest in Revenue Management and her passion grew from there. Michelle has spent the last 22 years developing her knowledge and skill set and is still hungry to continue to learn and develop.

Michelle is happy and impatient, is supportive and caring but most of all competitive and dislikes losing. Michelle loves Karaoke and the only issues is trying to free the mic from her hands!
